Tribhuvan International Airport

Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) is Nepal's busiest and only international airport, serving the capital city of Kathmandu and acting as the country's primary aviation hub. Established in 1949 as Gaucharan Airport, it was renamed in 1955 after King Tribhuvan and gained its international status in 1964.
